Последствия в виде предупреждений и штрафов

Согласно ст. 288 КоАП РК невыполнение налогоплательщиком законных требований органов государственных доходов и их должностных лиц  влечет предупреждение. А действия (бездействие), предусмотренные частью первой настоящей статьи, совершенные повторно в течение года после наложения административного взыскания, влекут штраф в размере пятнадцати месячных расчетных показателей.
